I am a lifetime chef, ready to make my own way in the business!  With 15+ years experience and a knack for desserts, my mission is to prepare and provide fresh, quality, food made from scratch for a reasonable price.

We offer mobile catering, roadside service and preordered designer desserts.

We now have a semi-permanent location!  Come to the big red trailer place your order and pay, then pick a seat inside if you wish!  If I am not too busy I'll even run your food in to you!  Or take it to go as all food is still served in a to go order fashion!
